Calling people early morning (1am) saying crazy stuff - not clue who this person is but they are definitely not the brightest

845-999-6809 Said a $200 gift card has been purchased. Seems my Amazon account has been compromised. Call to get money refunded.

this number repeatedly keeps texting my phone asking who i am but wont respond when i ask who they are.VERY ANNOYING

No answer. This isn't the first time I've received a call from this number.
