caller said he was from cox communications. he offered me a faster internet service for the the same price im paying now for 3 months. after 3 months he said the monthly fee would go up $13. i stupidly gave him my last 4 digits of my social to verify who i was. the call came from a cell phone and im pretty sure its a scam because he said the changes would take effect immediately and they have not yet.
