identical thing happens to us as well

Several issues have been filed on 2020-03-25 with the FCC in connection with unwanted calls from 9283250412

recorded person calling ended up leaving msg on picking up machine. stated that since we didnt put the phone down We are agreeing that We are the party these people were asking for & that there was a sensitive business matter about a payment of debt that we want to ring 'em about.

Answered the phone. Sounded like it could have been a taped message not working right or a cell phone in a bad area since it looked like a local number I called back and got a spanish  message like a automated phone system.

had a ring with this no. ended up leaving a strange msg that we could not grasp (short one) & put the phone down.
