Scammer trying to get you to click on a link about a package delivery

They were calling from Microsoft tech support, "for the last 2 days we have been getting messages from your computer that it is under attack. Turn on your computer and we will direct you how to set it up so that we can find out where this attack is coming from. I have been receiving calls from this number sporadically over a period of time, always with the same voice. Yesterday, he identified himself as "William Richards"

Claims to be publishers clearing house saying you won and they already have your name and address and want more info. Caller has Indian/foreign accent

Girlfriend was trying supposedly to get balance on a T-mobile card . She accidentaly texted the number to me

yes the number was given by citibank saying its free service since they goofed up something earlier.  but w.identityguard.com/alert looks very different from the regular w.identityguard.com. So not sure if the letter is accurate.

Ditto to all of the above. When I delete/block # they use another derivative. Elizabeth Smith sounds convincing enough during voicemail ... guessing a Midwest accent. Like gum on my shoe. I feel sorry for whomever the voice belongs to claiming to be Elizabeth Smith.
