Millions Call

Good morning most people courteous Hello.

This is a new spammer / scammer useing I'd : customer care (410-387-7522 ) . We are on the do not call list . Can anyone explain why the FCC /FTC doesn't ack to prosacute these phone mills and protect our rights to privacy from this type of harassment .

Yext advertising company, Does not call your business only your home personal # trying to get you to pay them to advertise for you. There is no reason for them to call me at home when they should be calling the business!

Got that call today also. I suspect it is a bogus caller. ...

we got the msg 'Congratulations! You won a $1000 BestBuy gift card. '

This company calls using an automated dialer and a recorded message with no operator on the line when the phone is answered (in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act). When you do, eventually get to an operator, the operator refuses to provide a physical address when asked (as required by the TCPA - and as 100% of legitimate businesses will gladly do). This company claims they are in partnership with the Federal government providing contracts to small businesses and organizations, but this is clearly a scam. The Federal Government requires those they do business with to comply with federal law, which this organization clearly does not.
