Based on the scammer’s phone number 770-666-0039, his name is Frances Rodriguez, but has also been associated with the name: megan marie karbula Email: [email protected]. Living in Marietta, Georgia; in Cobb County. They called for a random family member (knew my last name) and said they were from the community bank. And to call 1800-655-9796 to return the call.

This number has been on my boyfriends cell phone bill numerous times. He told me that was his dispatchers number ( truck driver for heartland Express). He also told me that this number can only make calls it cannot receive calls or text. If he needs to call him he dials a toll free number. Hmm...sounds strange to me. I 1000% do not believe it belongs to his dispatcher. I have called it 100 times and its either out of service or it will ring several times before hanging up (no voicemail). This is a landline phone located in Mt.pleasant Iowa. I dont know whos behind this number but i will get to the bottom of it even if it kills me.
