rang us back to back times, never ever ended up leaving a msg, & never ever rang back.

Anyone know what this is - why are so many people calling and not leaving messages?  Looks like if they're collectors of some sort they'd leave you a message -

Hello this is Fred how are you today. I.E. there.

Heard voices. No one answered then they hung up.

Shows up on the caller id as "V7131655281791164088" and then the number.
