got the same phone calls..from a Diane Clark who claims to be a process server, harrassing me that they will serve me papers if i dont pay. Its just a scare tactic to get you to pay. They are all frauds!

The name shows up as Justin Sharp. Weird. But I've never answered. Sounds like spoofing if it is the University of Pheonix

Keeps calling, but does not answer the phone.

Got a recorde dmessage that stated a so called website something like channel 7.com. That was all it said and when I did a star 69 and got the number and called it, there was that same message-man's voice and then a woman's recorded voice came on and said to press 1 to record a message something to delete a message, then just hung up. I do not appreciate these calls. If someone has a legitimate reason for making my phone ring and i am expecting a call, that's what I pay for phone service for. These calls are an invasion of my privacy and I will turn each and every one in to the FCC>
