called the number back - says from the University of Houston - They must be trying to raise some money.

has actually been identified as a source of unsolicited telephone calls and a grievance has been lodged with the FCC

This person called several times in a two hour time period.  We asked that they stop calling but kept calling anyway.  We finally shut the cell phone off.

I believe this is a scam. "Hi, this is Rachel. Sorry it took so long for me to get back to you - hope you had a Happy New Year! Wanted to get back with you to let you know you are approved for a business line of credit up to $250,000 so if you can call me back on the number that came up on your phone I'd be glad to help you."

REPEATED CALLS FROM SPAM CALLER, FOR LOWERING APR ON CREDIT CARDS, I SELECT TO TO EXPIRE OFFER AND CALL DISCONNECTS, I BLOCK CALL AND THEY CALL ON ANOTHER NUMBER.

They keep calling and calling and calling. They are evil and should be burned at the stake. Who are these people?
