noone picked up the ring soon as these people rang we answered no one stated a word

Tricked us cos this was a local no., however clearly telemarketer cos of beep before person calling picks up & multiple, breathy 'Hello?'s.

This no. has rang atleast ten times. Claims to be with ARS asking for somebody who doesnt live here. Told the obnoxious woman that there was no one here by that name & the rings got better stop.

Did not speak at all, but I assume some type of a scam.
