This appears to be a mortgage scam. Probably trying to get info on the property ID etc. in order to scam a lender into giving them money on that property.

Selling some food supplement? Falsely claims to be a "follow-up" call.

This number sent me a text message threatening to terminate me if I don’t text back. My name and address were included. I am going to the police.
