626-703-9846 Got a text from this number saying 'my' entry had won and to go to TargetWinner.com and enter a code.Called the number and got a voice mail saying (and I quote) 'Hello, I am a (expletive) and I am just trying to scam you. Don't go to the website.......etc) I left message saying 'No you are more than that, you are being reported. Have a nice day.'

Male with accent claims to be calling from Medicare, about back brace, etc trying to get personal information. I have told them I will call police and file charges , they continue to call 6 or more times every day for the last week. I would like to know how I can file a complaint with the police and press charges.
