Answered call, but the caller just sat on the phone. They eventually hung up, without saying anything.

No name was displayed just the phone number was displayed.

Caller has called twice in less than 5 min interim; both calls, caller CHOSE NOT to leave a message or even answer.

This telephone number continues to call my home during the early hours of the morning requesting to speak with my minor child.  When I try to explain to them that they cannot call a child they simply hang up on me.  I have tried to call it back but only get a message from Central Card Processing.  Sometimes I am told to hold and am then just disconnected but more often than not I get a message to visit their non-existing website and then disconnected.
