I'm not sure who this person but he (sounds like a man) spoke non-sense when I answered. Most likely a harassing caller but I'm not sure. He wasn't trying to hawk a product and made threatening statements like "you'll go to jail for not paying your taxes." Just spoke random nonsense like he was mentally disturbed or something.

Says her name is Debbie and has some good news about my policy. No one should be calling me about a policy of any kind.
