Came as a text, home loan application when number was called you are told you need to enter a password. Just want to know wht this is, why are they texting my phone?

Did not leave a message.  I checked to see what Sarnia is and it says it's a newspaper in Ontario, CN.  I have NO idea why they would be calling me!
