Donate with cc number to Flecch University alumni fund. What the "H" is Flecch University?

Left a message saying I had a loan that he needed to talk to me about. Very heavy accent. Have had this problem in the past. Number on my caller I.D. was 415-880-5599 which is a Los Angeles number. The number he told me to call back on was 305-507-8386 which is in Miami. He called my cell phone and work phone.

got a call on my cell last night at 9:31 pm. Text just said Hi,,I didn't respond. Now I see others have gotten same call with same message. Prankster
