got couple texts about about an item on craigslist from across the country.

This number was attached to an email to me from a recruiter for American Life Insurance. They're in Burlington, MA.

Got a call from here. Called from my phone with my ID blocked and there is a fake recording that resembles the messages from the old phones when you dialed a wrong number.The recording says. 'The number you dialed is invalid, please check your listing and dial again.' After some times the recording changes to say 'All our lines are temporarily busy, please try again later, 0106' and then it gets disconnected. I am sure this is from some collections company.
