they are harrassing me by sending text messages

Hello Hello.

They called and hung up when I answered. When I called back, voicemail picks up. Caller ID says 'Texas'.

This number has called me 4 times in less than 3 minutes. HARRASSMENT on a federal holiday.

i want to know who it is.

A male caller called my job and wanted to speak to me. He left a message with a coworker and said 'the package was ready to be shipped' Creepy.I called the nimber, there was a bad connection and caller would not say who they were.It seems like a scam that uses phone lines for crime.
