Millions Call

these people have rang us repeatedly. Even soon after us yelling at 'em etc. This 'don't ring list' was a joke.

Received a call from this number today, didn't answer. The person left a message for someone whose name does not live here. Said he was from UPS and had a check he was trying to deliver. Of course the accent was heavy so it was hard to hear exactly what he was saying. I googled the number and sure enough! Looks as though they have added more companies to their scamming repertoire. Beware.

This is a spam caller. Blocked.

Said they had the wrong number...this is the second day in a row this number has called saying they have the wrong number.

it is Saturday. the other day is Good Friday. Tomorrow's Easter Sunday. 'Real' people/companies are not phoning.

Carl, I listened to your advice and I was detained for the charges Alan Parker had spoke to me about. I thought it was a scam, as you had said. I was pulled over for speeding and the officer came back and told me, I had a warrant for fraud by check, theft by deception, and hindering investigation. I was arrested and had to pay bail. I have to go to court for these charges and may have to spend time in jail and pay a fine. Alan had spoke to a firm about allowing me to pay restitution without being detained and I had set up a payment with the firm, but I chose not comply thinking it was a scam. I had told Alan about the FDCPA and he stated it was not a collection call. It turned out it was not a collection call and he was trying to help me out. Thanks Carl!!! Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, because your advice may have me away from my children in 2012.
