I did not answer because I did not know the number. Please help me identify this number as I am suspicious

There has been a number of prank calls from this number and the person calls but does not speak. He harrases my wife and can be quite a pain.Calls up at anytime and does harrass a lot.Please lodge a complaint and I would like to know the name of the person or company who is harrasing me under thhe RIGHT to INFORMATION ACT. Called and hung up.    Would not leave a message.

I called the number back and a recording came on.  I think it's a collection's company called Northland Group.
