Scam call. It comes in with an area code of 667.

Several grievances have been submitted on 2020-09-08 with the FCC in regard to unsolicited phone calls from 929 208 9416

Left VM claiming his name is Sean Mathis from the fraud department and the me or my attorney needs to call back. Didn't ask for anyone in specific. Other reports online also claim this person is impersonating a DEA agent.
