Millions Call

Some texts from thier cell phone to my work email address and it appears as a call that I can either listen to on the phone or my email. When you do listen to the call someone laughs like a witch on the other end.

I have been plagued by calls from this number. I have blocked them from phone and still get calls—only rings once but is so annoying.
