received phone call on cell on 8/15/07 @ 5:30 p.m.; i was not able to answer when phone rang; i called the number back and message was 'the number you have reached is not in service; this is a recording'

got a call from this number, 202-888-0320, i do not answer calls that I do not know, he left a message and said it was a survey and will call back. i am on do not call list, why do I get these calls.

Broken hearth

Received call from this on my number which has been on the DNC list since February.  When picked up, no one speaks.  Tried calling it, it rings twice, then makes sounds like you hit redial, and then just sits in silence.
