somebody known as 'Tim' or 'Timmy' has been messaging our 12 year old son with this no. we have requested them constantly to quit

recurring telephone rings during the weeks and evenings. Say these people are the Pennsylvania Chiefs of Police Association and are soliciting money. we keep on informing 'em no thank you and not interested however these people wont quit phoning. :(
