Referred to themselves as "Card Services, underwriting department", offering to lower my interest rate to as low as 2%. Must call within three days. I did not return their call.

Caller, with a heavy foreign accent, stated that he was from a data research firm. He asked for Lamar Williams and was advised that he had the wrong phone number

we had a ring with this no. at 5:15am. . we did not pick this up. & soon as we rang this back, these people stated the no. you called was invalid. . therefore WEIRD!!!!
