I have been recieving calls from this number all hours of the night for about 7 months now. When I answer they hang up. I return the call and someone answers and then hangs up.

When that number called me, a message from the Missouri Family Coalition (I believe) was left advocating Dave Spence for Missouri Governor over Jay Nixon with Spence being pro-life, Nixon pro-choice.
