Phone rang, I picked up, dead on other end.  Is this a scam to use my phone service free of charge?

I think two numbers from same caller over 5 min period. 360-265-1784 and 360-265-7072. One caller(Robo) tracked to Gig Harbor a 253 prefix and Redmond WA, a 425 prefix (robo). These calls were spam. We did not answer either and they did not leave message.

This person calls himself John Michael,and has repeatingly called at morning hours of 2am - 6m. Harrasses you in text messages,and then contantly calls,and uses profanity,and hangs up over,and over again. It has been traced to Spring, Tx. Sounds like a guy in his early 20's. He likes to harrass women.

9:13 am Aug 21 - a robocall from our old 'friend' WCA services. They got yet another number and continue to ignore the no-call list. They have called me from 6 different numbers so far.
