this number called me last night and idk who it is!

This call was from someone speaking Chinese. It was no one I know and obviously was fraudulent. I´ve heard that these calls target Chinese people in the U.S. in an attempt to scam money from them.

it is a con offering you 'cash flow' // a loan for whatever. it is a automated msg, & when you attempt to ring 'em back, you get a engaged signal

Says it's Dell and wants my CC details.

They say the are with the The Grant Agency Team. They get your information. They confirm you qualify for a grant. You send the processing fee. The day of your grant delivery they tell you there is a custom fee to be paid. You pay the custom fee, then they state more money was added to your grant. The next time the grant is to be delivered they say more fees are due. It´s a scam.

suppose to be eastern shore pd but guy claims he's 15 I don't believe him and now my phone is acting crazy red keep flashing across the screen and acting weird like my phone is tapped why all of this when your trying to be a good concerned citizen
