we have recived rings with this no. numerous times. we do not reply as this was a no. that we dont recognise & comes with a region code where we have no reason for somebody to be phoning from. these people never ever pass on a msg.

Initially a recorded call stating I owe IRS (this came in on my business line), press 1 to speak to someone.... They asked who I banked with, then wanted to know my balances, I repeatedly asked what that had to do with anything and they finally hung up. When I tried calling number back it was "not in service".
