Robot voice sad there was a breach on my iCloud account and I need to do something about.

My phone bill states text messages sent to this number. Since Im Canadian, it means 25 cents per text. I called the number, it is a texplus texting number, and no calls can be answered (It is only possible in the latest versions) Textplus : http://www.textplus.com/ I really dont understand nothing! Why you guys called the number and got an answer? Anyone was texted by this number?

You need to call a toll free number to be placed on do not call list

They have called several times. Have asked them to stop calling be they still call. It is about medicare.
