Got a weird text from this number saying I had won a free cruise. Felt like a credit card scam to me.

My dear elderly mother who has trouble walking, is being harassed 3-4 times a day by 866 numbers daily for months, They phone in the morning, noon and night like always nobody reply's and you can hear background noise and music. I want it to stop any info. would be appreciated Thanks
