just got the same call from the Jamaican Teresa Morris, even told me I could make it to Walmart to get to the Western Union, called back in 30 mintues to see if I had done it. Scam Artist.

This is a telemarketer scam. If you dial it back for stopping calling. they will call from a different number like 973 - 273 7843.

We were away from home for over 30 days and as soon as I got home the phone started ringing. “Arkansas Claim Service” became abusive and disconnected the phone call. Up-to date I am not very certain of the reason behind the telephone call. We are pondering whether to report tese worrying telephone calls to the CFPB as we are very concerned whether the telephone calls will come in again. I am exhausted after the train journey and my head is reeling.

it is from academic advising --you know those surveys/ forms you fill out online and they always want to ask if you want to go back to school and you tell them you dont want any information- they always call you anyways-it is them
