Number called me but did not pick up when I called back.

Address reported is New Jersey, yet the phone number has an Ohio area code. Collection Agency has employees use cell
phones to make calls.

She is legitimately crazy! Stay away and do not say any personal information to her. Do not contact her again, and block all numbers from her!
