I got a call from this number 43130312I called them back but they replied that they have not called me anytime and they shut their phone down quickly.Moreover i want to know which country does this phone number belong to?Has anybody else got a call from this number?

This number continuously calls my phone at least three times a day and every time I answer the call, the number merely hangs up. My boyfriend said he looked it up and its supposedly spam. Regardless, its very annoying and I would love it to stop.
