Calls once or twice a week told them i am not interested in their program

Message left on my answering machine from a Mary Jones of United Collection Bureau. Gave the call back number of 1-888-219-4196. Message said do not listen if you are not the person she is calling for, but how can a machine tell another machine not to listen.

This man was a sms msg stalker. we do not recognise them however she sends us creepy msgs over & over. this has gone on for years. There was no way for us to block them. we would want to change our no. which was not a option.
