Identified as SCAM LIKELY. This is a robo call about car warranties.

Several texts from 40531275 asking for pics. Would not give any info. Had my Mom and husband call and the number would not answer. Texted the number and told them I was calling the police to report them.

This 404-941-8599 is the number that SKYPE uses for SKYPE mobile . So if someone who uses SKYPE mobile calls you it will ID as 404-941-8599.
