I was on another call and sent this to voicemail - no message left though.

Call the number back and recording says the number I called is not in service.

5 calls in 2 days never leaves message spam

who is this and why didnt they just call had to text.

This was a con. rang PCH & these people verified this. these people are targeting seniors. dont give 'em any info. The contact name given to me is Lisa Owens.
