VOIP exploit originates in Dubai using a different defunct and "local" number to get you to answer thinking one of your contacts got a new ph# Scams from this bloc of numbers 6750-6999 are either Credit Card rate reduction, extended service contracts, or Microsoft calling to help you rid your computer of the error messages it has been sending them. Either scenario, do not answer the call, and block the number.

I received a txt from this number. All it said was HI!

rang with a roofing firm saying these people were giving free estimates in our area. (?)

Called and a recorded message stated that the number is not in service.

Phoned me this morning but would not leave a message.

Called back & a woman with a think accent answered & said "this call may be recorded, how can we help you today" so some kind of collection or spam, I couldn't understand her thick foreign accent.. Marking this as SPAM..!

this kid wont leave me alone he is harassing me

That's right, I got a text and called back, and everything was as posted above.
