Millions Call

Have received 3 calls from this number today.  It sounds as though very bad music is playing, but no one speaks.  Two of the calls were within seconds of one another.

Just had the exact identical ring

Hello. Hello. Hello.

This number called once, left no message, and then immediately called a second time this time a recording was left of what sounded like a phone that was left off the hook followed by a very un-nerving series of beeps that went on repeatedly until we shut off the recorder. In my opinion, this is clearly a case of phone harassment. I looked up the number and found it was listed to a dr. wendy l smith, ear, nose and throat clinic of some kind..Are ailments and diseases for sale now?
