this person keeps calling my house and my sisters cell phone number pretending that im her friend claiming that i took her money even though i ask for her name she wont give it. the girl plays dumb and pretends that i know who she is.

This is the Nigerian 419 scam. There is no prize-it is imaginary. Nokia has nothing to do with this, the scammer is using their name illegally to make it look like he has the money to pay you. He is trying to fool you into sending him your money and details, then he will keep your money, block your calls and steal your identity. He wants you to pay him by Western Union or Ukash, because the payment is untraceable. Delete the SMS without replying so a virus will not be downloaded-he can use it to seize control of your phone or hack into your personal information.
