Millions Call

I've received two text messages from this number and there is no way to call it back and talk to anyone! I don't know who it is, and don't wish to pay for incoming text messages from someone I don't know!

CEDIT CARD SCAM PRESSED ONE AND CONNECTION WAS BAD I COULD HEAR A PERSON IN THE BACKGROUND BUT COULD NOT TALK TO THEM I MENTIONED DOES THIS DEAL WORK WITH STOLEN CREDIT CARDS?

This person wont tell me who she is and why shes calling me

I also got a call from this number, I live in NY
