Robo caller on my burner phone

Wants to do a "free" roof inspection. Won't take no for an answer. Wants to do the inspection at 6 pm, I say no, he says7, I say no, he says 8. I finally hung up after repeatedly asking to be put on the dnc list.

Caller claimed to be named Thomas. Met him to sell an Xbox and ps3 i had listed Craigslist. He took the game systems, assaulted me, and jumped in his car to speed away.

could be a scam- why would dish call and bot know the email address to send info ?????
