I received a call saying my bill had not been paid.  I called Dish Network and they tell me I have a zero balance on my account.  They can't explain why I received this call

Called number back and got recording that it’s not a working number.

I got 2 calls from this number, not spam calls. I didn't know who it was so i just ignored it. but when i DL the app, it came w/ 3 contacts, and this number was one of them. i will call it from a secure number to find out.

You can hear only some thing calling on the back however no reply

Keeps calling consistently throughout the day, does not leave message.
