They are Debt Consolidators and Settlement Helpers. Usually will get a call if you've inquired about a 3rd party service to help you manage your debt issues.

This number has called 4 times this morning, with nobody saying anything. Very irritating.

Did not answer the call because I didn't recognize it and I did not want to get on their list. It rang 38 times and then 2 minutes later 23 times, then again with in 20 seconds I had quite counting.

Keeps calling my boyfriend. acts like she knows him. Annoys him and he doesnt know who this is.

Got a call from this number and they left no message. When you return a call you get an automated voicemail promt which stipulates that they mailbox is full and can not accept anymore messages.
