Not good

Received 8 text messages asking information about a piece of furniture I listed on craiglist in Texas. My craiglist posting asks for cash to buy the item. The person texting me is asking to pay for the item with a check. They also claim that they are in San Fransisco, CA when I check online the number says San Pedro, CA. I ask the person texting me for their bank name, the name on the account and the phone number and website address for the bank. He or she has not answered back yet. He or she also stated that a reputable shipper would come to pick up the item after the check was cashed. The name used on the first text message was Jones, no first name given. I found another website listing for this number stating the person texting is trying to pay for craiglist items with a money order. If the check is real along with the bank information, I will complete the sale.

Spanish speaker who asks do you speak Spanish? I have received at least 7 calls from them

Call came in, nobody answered.  Called back to a recording stating the person has the phone on do not disturb.
