Calls many time in a row and i cant use my phone

yup had the identical ring this afternoon. these people got rang my house no. & subsequently our mobile imediately soon after & subsequently ended up leaving the identical msg below with the identical no. to ring back. 760-569-6984. exactly what was this. sounds really slimey.
