This number keeps calling me never leaving a message. They did once & it sounded like a drunk old man

Potential spoofed number. Robocaller ignoring do not call registration. Caller ID says BNP Paribas but call back and constant busy signal. Fails to leave voicemail. Report to FTC and block number.
