Calls me all the time

I keep getting calls from them for someone else.  You cannot call or get rid of the phone call.   I just want them to stop calling me  .  Does anyone have a number .  I am reporting it to the do not call number.

When I called back she said, \"Thank you for calling event Registration. This call may be recorded for quality assurance. Did you receive a missed call from us?\"... I hung up and blocked the number.
