Millions Call

Called telling me is was an urgent matter regarding a civil complaint. Has an address that is over 10 years old and my maiden name. Says the name of the company is Barstow & Associates. She told me she was going to send certified documents to my address and contact my employer. The same place called 2 months ago and left a message they were going to send a process server to my work unless I contacted them immediately and resolved the matter over the phone. Can you say SCAM?
