Claim to be the IRS. It is a scam!

Just received call on my cell phone. LNM, just hung up..

Received several calls, and never leaves a message even though I have answer system. After 30 repeat calls from this number on a monday starting at 8:20 am - 2:30 pm when I got back hought it was from work. I t must be important but got a rude man named ernie said he was ncs credit services cursed and swore at me threaten me too boot. Rude and very unprofessional

texting at 1am two weeks agotexting at 12:30am two nights ago, I texted back that they were texting to the wrong number

Got a text from this number saying: Hey (name), I got your number from a friend (I hope its right) I think ur sexy.. call me at (323)404-9175 if you want to meet ;-) both numbers are coming from the Long Beach, CA area they text from a cell and give a land line number weird

Mrs. Iris Brown called my father today asking for me. and gave him a claim number. she wouldn't tell him what it was for. and when i called the number back it only said Iris Brown wasn't available at this time.what do you think i should do?
